We are all stressed. We are living in a time of massive uncertainty and we are feeling isolated. So let’s gather online and discuss tools to help us get through this - together.
Four Tuesdays from 5 PM - 6 PM EST.
This workshop will offer:
proven tools and techniques for managing anxiety
mindfulness practices to help stop the Doom Spiral
writing prompts to help process difficult emotions
ideas for how to deal with social distancing and working from home
a safe space for community and connection
personalized support and content
Q&A - to discuss your immediate concerns
An option to sign up for additional one-on-one coaching/consulting after the workshop is finished
Periodic appearances from Olive, my anxious rescue dog
A limited number of scholarship openings are available. If you are unable to pay the full amount, email LisaJakub108@gmail.com and inquire about that option.
The workshop will be held online with Zoom software. All that is required is an internet connection and a phone/computer/tablet. The software is free to download, and we will be using our webcams to see one another and build a community. There is an option to do audio-only, but let’s use the cameras. Let’s not worry about our hair. :)
