We will connect via email before our session so I can understand what you would like to focus on, and I’ll provide you with a Zoom link for our meeting. Afterwards, I’ll send a follow-up email with resources based on what we discussed, personalized next steps, and a private recording of our session (optional, we don’t need to record the session if you are not comfortable with that.)
