Because who knows more about mental wellness challenges than a former child actor?
Lisa Jakub worked in Hollywood from the ages of 4 to 22. With more than 40 projects on her resume, including Mrs. Doubtfire and Independence Day, she left the film industry to find a more authentic life. Lisa found her purpose by supporting others who have also struggled with anxiety and depression.
She is the CEO of Blue Mala, an online mental wellness resource offering pay-what-you-can yoga, meditation, mindfulness, and community. Lisa is also the founder and director of Mission Flexible, a nonprofit supporting military Veterans with post-traumatic stress.
Lisa’s events offer employees the tools to become healthier, more engaged, and more productive — with an impact that lasts long after the event ends.
Companies report:
an increased ability to focus on what matters in the present moment
greater connection and belonging within their team
the ability to manage challenges with grace and resilience
