I work with Combat Veterans - I teach yoga, meditation, and therapeutic writing. Some of the Vets I work with requested a meditation just for them - full of the kind of filthy language we enjoy while on our yoga retreats. (I have an affinity for swearing, so I can keep up just fine.)

They served our country, so I give back by offering up mindfulness with the F-word sprinkled in.
